PfizerWorks Freelance Services includes Select and Expert and Bid your Project offerings. Both offerings allow you to directly connect with highly skilled registered freelancers. These freelances are self-employed and made available to Pfizer through two companies to perform project-type work for colleagues. When choosing a Freelancers you are responsible to clearly define the project, choose the freelance(s) who will perform the work, select/agree on the price for the actual work and provide ongoing project oversight and closure. Unlike with the traditional services we offer, PfizerWorks will not co-manage freelancers projects executed by and for Pfizer colleagues.
